SEW MANY CARDS--WORLD CARD MAKING DAY CHALLENGE!!

HEY!!!
Glad you could make it!!!
We're so glad that you decided to blog hop with Sew Many Cards in honor of World Card Making Day!!! I can't wait to see your challenge entry!
Here's the card I came up with using one of the images from Sew Many Cards. Angela always has such great images!!! Be sure to check them all out! Don't forget to check out the rest of the Design Teams Challenge entries and blogs!!
The challenge was to use one of Angelas images over at the Sew Many Cards shop.
Two patterned pieces of paper.
Any type of ribbon.
Something with glitter.

The image I chose was Morty the Moose. I love moose, so I was excited when Angela introduced him to us a few weeks ago!

Morty was printed multiple times for layers and then colored with my prismacolor pencils and Gamsol. The two patterned papers I used came from the Holiday Slab V by Provo Craft. I also used a piece of solid green paper from that same slab for the background matte and a piece of Stampin' Up! Whisper White Cardstock to mount Morty on. The white cardstock was sprayed with Olive Vine Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist.

Mortys hat is decked out in Crystal Ice Ice Stickles! The patches on Morty were colored in using Starry Night Stickles. Glossy Accents were used on Mortys eyes and feet. I used a Gold and Green ribbon by Ribbon Boutique the Designer Collection, that I picked up from Michaels to lay across the top and bottom. A tag gun was used to attach the Stampin' Up sentiment - 'A little something for you' and the "Merry Christmas" up top was computer generated!
